Art Us is running After School Art Clubs and Holiday Art Clubs in Bournemouth for children aged 8-11.
At Art Us Kids Club children have a chance to explore and develop their artistic skills and techniques using a variety of different mediums such as pencils, pens, charcoal, soft pastels, oil pastels, watercolour and acrylic.
Resources are provided but you are always welcome to bring along your art kit any time.
Every child loves Art!
Every child can make an outstanding piece of art! They might just not know it! They might just never happen to try their favourite medium yet!
Here at Art Us Kids Club, children can try and have fun with different art mediums while learning new skills and techniques.
They can go messy with charcoal and pastels, go with the flow with watercolours or simply just learn how coloured pencils are actually not a boring medium to create art with.
Sometimes, we go more crafty at Art Clubs, especially around Christmas or Easter.
Art Us encourages children to spend more time on creating art, on finding their own, unique style through creativity and inspiration.
There are no strickt rules in art - creativity rules!

Who runs the clubs?
My name is Anita Bagdi and I am a primary school teacher and a children`s book illustrator.
As a school teacher, I have sadly realized how much the curriculum is lacking Art, how creativity and imagination is squeezed out from everyday lessons.
My experiences show that children love Art, children can express themselves through Art amazingly and they are desperate to do Art!
Art is always expressive, colourful, social, inspiring and most of all fun!
These reasons give me the inspiration to run Art Clubs in Bournemouth schools to keep the love of Art and creativity alive in our children!
